The German version of this policy is legally binding.
1. Privacy at a glance
The following gives an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can identify you personally. This website sets no cookies (apart from the technically necessary session cookie in GEO-bot, section 6) and uses no third-party analytics. I count visits myself, without recognising you (section 8).

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external provider. The host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website.
4. Contact form and email
When you write to me via the contact form or by email, I store your details (name, email address, message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Orders and payment via Stripe
When you order a GEO check or SEO audit, I store the details from the order form (package, website, brand, offer, optionally location and competitors, name, email address, report language) to create and send the report, and keep them as required by statutory retention obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). You are redirected to a Stripe payment page, where Stripe processes your payment details, billing address and email address under its own responsibility and sends you the receipt and invoice. I only receive the payment confirmation, your name and billing address from Stripe, never full card details. Data may be transferred to the USA; Stripe relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More in Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
6. GEO-bot
GEO-bot is my tool at launchamp.eu/services/geo-bot with two fully automatic checks: the GEO check (do AI assistants recommend a brand?) and the SEO check (how does a search engine read a website?). For a check I process the brand name, website address, industry description and, if you enter it, the location, the report language, and the results of the check (for the GEO check questions, answers, competitors, sources and written actions; for the SEO check the findings and scores for the pages read). Name, email address and payment details you enter directly at Stripe (section 5); I receive the payment confirmation and the details needed for the invoice, and use your email address to send you the link to the report. There is no account. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Anthropic PBC (Claude API) receives, for every check, the data needed for it: for the GEO check the industry description, location and brand name you entered, for the SEO check also text from the pages of your website that are assessed. I send no personal data about you. Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses. For the SEO check, the web address you entered is also sent to Google (PageSpeed Insights) to measure loading times. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. handles payments as described in section 5, and IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, hosts the application and database under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
I do not store the reports permanently: a report is available under its personal link, which only you know, for 14 days after the check is complete and is then deleted automatically; save it as a PDF in this time. Invoice data is kept for ten years (§ 147 AO, German tax code). GEO-bot sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no external fonts; the only cookie is the technically necessary session cookie for the form, which needs no consent. Page views are counted as described in section 8.
7. Fonts
The fonts on this website are hosted on my own server and loaded from there. No connection is made to Google or any other third party.
8. Own visitor statistics
To see which pages are read and where visitors come from, I count page views myself on my own server. Stored are: the page viewed, date and time, whether a mobile device or a computer was used, the name of the website you came from (only the domain, e.g. “google.com”, never the full address), campaign details from the link (e.g. “utm_source=linkedin”) and individual clicks on “Start a project”, the email address or my projects. When the contact form is sent, the chosen topic is counted as well, not the content.
Your IP address is not stored for this. A check value is formed from your IP address, browser identifier, the date and a secret key, and it changes every day. This allows views on the same day to be grouped into one visit, but you cannot be recognised on another day or identified personally. No cookies are set and no data is passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is improving my offer and understanding how enquiries come about.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock icon and “https://” in your browser's address bar.
10. Your rights
Within the scope of the law, you have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Daten, mit denen du persönlich identifiziert werden kannst. Diese Website setzt keine Cookies (außer dem technisch notwendigen Sitzungs-Cookie in GEO-bot, Abschnitt 6) und bindet keine Analyse-Dienste von Dritten ein. Besuche zähle ich selbst, ohne dich wiederzuerkennen (Abschnitt 8).

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei einem externen Dienstleister gehostet. Der Hoster erhebt und speichert automatisch Informationen in Server-Logfiles, die dein Browser übermittelt: Browsertyp und -version, Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL, Hostname des zugreifenden Rechners, Uhrzeit der Anfrage und IP-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt im sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb der Website.
4. Kontaktformular und E-Mail
Wenn du mir über das Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail schreibst, speichere ich deine Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht), um deine Anfrage zu bearbeiten und für mögliche Anschlussfragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit deine Anfrage mit einem Vertrag oder vorvertraglichen Maßnahmen zusammenhängt, ansonsten Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben und gelöscht, sobald sie für den Zweck nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
5. Bestellungen und Zahlung über Stripe
Wenn du einen GEO-Check oder ein SEO-Audit bestellst, speichere ich die Angaben aus dem Bestellformular (Paket, Website, Marke, Angebot, optional Ort und Wettbewerber, Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Berichtssprache), um den Bericht zu erstellen und dir zu schicken, und bewahre sie im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten auf. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO.
Bezahlt wird über Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Irland). Dafür wirst du auf eine Bezahlseite von Stripe weitergeleitet; Stripe verarbeitet dort deine Zahlungsdaten, Rechnungsanschrift und E-Mail-Adresse in eigener Verantwortung und schickt dir Quittung und Rechnung. Ich erhalte von Stripe nur die Bestätigung der Zahlung, deinen Namen und deine Rechnungsanschrift, keine vollständigen Kartendaten. Daten können dabei auch in die USA übermittelt werden; Stripe stützt sich dafür auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln. 6. GEO-bot
GEO-bot ist mein Werkzeug unter launchamp.eu/services/geo-bot mit zwei vollautomatischen Prüfungen: dem GEO-Check (empfehlen KI-Assistenten eine Marke?) und dem SEO-Check (wie liest eine Suchmaschine eine Website?). Bei einer Prüfung verarbeite ich Markenname, Website-Adresse, Branchenbezeichnung und, falls du ihn angibst, den Ort, die Sprache des Berichts sowie die Ergebnisse der Prüfung (beim GEO-Check Fragen, Antworten, Wettbewerber, Quellen und ausformulierte Maßnahmen, beim SEO-Check die Befunde und Werte der gelesenen Seiten). Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Zahlungsdaten gibst du direkt bei Stripe ein (Abschnitt 5); ich erhalte die Bestätigung der Zahlung und die Angaben für die Rechnung und nutze deine E-Mail-Adresse, um dir den Link zum Bericht zu schicken. Ein Konto gibt es nicht. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO.
Anthropic PBC (Claude API) erhält für jede Prüfung die dafür nötigen Daten: beim GEO-Check die von dir eingegebene Branchenbezeichnung, den Ort und den Markennamen, beim SEO-Check zusätzlich Texte der bewerteten Seiten deiner Website. Personenbezogene Daten von dir übertrage ich dabei nicht. Die Verarbeitung kann in den USA stattfinden; die Übermittlung stützt sich auf Standardvertragsklauseln. Beim SEO-Check geht außerdem die eingegebene Website-Adresse an Google (PageSpeed Insights), um die Ladezeiten zu messen. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. wickelt die Zahlung ab, wie in Abschnitt 5 beschrieben, und IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, betreibt Anwendung und Datenbank auf Grundlage eines Vertrags zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO).
Die Berichte speichere ich nicht dauerhaft: Ein Bericht ist nach Abschluss der Prüfung 14 Tage unter seinem persönlichen Link abrufbar, den nur du kennst, und wird danach automatisch gelöscht; speichere ihn in dieser Zeit als PDF. Rechnungsdaten bewahre ich zehn Jahre auf (§ 147 AO). GEO-bot setzt keine Analyse- oder Werbe-Cookies und lädt keine externen Schriftarten; der einzige Cookie ist das technisch notwendige Sitzungs-Cookie für das Formular, wofür keine Einwilligung erforderlich ist. Seitenaufrufe werden wie in Abschnitt 8 beschrieben gezählt.
7. Schriftarten
Die Schriftarten dieser Website liegen auf meinem eigenen Server und werden von dort geladen. Es findet dabei keine Verbindung zu Google oder anderen Drittanbietern statt.
8. Eigene Besucherstatistik
Um zu sehen, welche Seiten gelesen werden und woher Besucher kommen, zähle ich Seitenaufrufe selbst auf meinem Server. Gespeichert werden: die aufgerufene Seite, Datum und Uhrzeit, ob ein Mobilgerät oder ein Computer verwendet wurde, der Name der Website, von der du gekommen bist (nur die Domain, z. B. „google.com“, nie die vollständige Adresse), Kampagnen-Angaben aus dem Link (z. B. „utm_source=linkedin“) sowie einzelne Klicks auf „Projekt starten“, die E-Mail-Adresse oder meine Projekte. Wird das Kontaktformular abgeschickt, wird außerdem das gewählte Thema gezählt, nicht der Inhalt.
Deine IP-Adresse wird dafür nicht gespeichert. Aus IP-Adresse, Browserkennung, dem Datum und einem geheimen Schlüssel wird ein Prüfwert gebildet, der sich jeden Tag ändert. So lassen sich Aufrufe am selben Tag zu einem Besuch zusammenfassen, du bist aber an einem anderen Tag nicht wiederzuerkennen und kannst nicht persönlich identifiziert werden. Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt und keine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt darin, mein Angebot zu verbessern und zu verstehen, über welche Wege Anfragen entstehen.
9. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Website nutzt aus Sicherheitsgründen eine SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennst du am Schloss-Symbol und an „https://“ in der Adresszeile deines Browsers.
10. Deine Rechte
Du hast im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77 DSGVO).
