Terms & cancellation policy

The German version of these terms is legally binding. This is a summary for orders at a fixed price via the order page.

2. Services

GEO check: measures whether AI assistants name your brand for typical buying questions in your industry, who is named instead and which sources the recommendations come from, with up to five actions. SEO audit: checks your website’s tech, content, structured data, speed and readiness for AI search, with a score from 0 to 100 and findings by priority.

Both checks are carried out with an AI assistant purpose-built by FeelsWebMan and reviewed by me before sending. The result is a PDF I send you by email. Implementing the actions is not included. AI answers and search results vary; every check is a snapshot. No specific rankings or mentions are owed.

3. Contract

Clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and completing the payment on Stripe is a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the payment has arrived; you get the confirmation by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices at the time of the order apply (currently: GEO check €49, SEO audit €99, GEO check + SEO audit €129). These are final prices: as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, I do not charge VAT. Payment is made in advance via Stripe.

5. Delivery and money-back promise

You get your results by the end of the second business day after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Lower Saxony, Germany. If I miss that deadline, I refund the full amount via Stripe to your original payment method. The same applies if your website cannot be checked for reasons beyond your control.

6. Your part

Please give correct details about your website, brand and offer. The website must be publicly reachable. If details are wrong or missing, I will email you; the deadline then runs from your reply.

7. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving reasons, by a clear statement (e.g. an email to hi@feelswebman.com). If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you withdraw. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, provided you expressly agreed to the immediate start and confirmed that you lose the right on full performance – which you do with the checkbox in the order form. 9. Final provisions

German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
