Controller

Christopher Richter (FeelsWebMan), Kirchweg 7a, 21244 Buchholz in der Nordheide, Email: hi@feelswebman.com

What we process

For the single check: brand name, website, industry description and, where applicable, the location that you enter yourself, plus the measurement results. You enter your name, email address and payment details directly with Stripe; Stripe sends us the payment confirmation and the details needed for the invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention obligations).

For an account: email address and a hash of your password (we do not store it in plain text), the brands you create and the measurement results. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract.

Recipients

Anthropic PBC (Claude API) – for each measurement, the industry description, location and brand name you entered are sent to the API so that the buying questions can be generated and answered. No personal data about you is transmitted in the process. Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses.

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. – payment processing for single checks and paid plans. We do not enter or see payment details; they are collected exclusively by Stripe.

IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur – hosting of the application and database. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

What we don't do

No analytics or advertising tracking. No external fonts and no content delivery networks – all files are served from our own server. No selling of data. The only cookie is the technically necessary session cookie for logging in; no consent is required for it.

Storage period

Single-check results remain available under their link; we delete them on request by email. Invoice data is kept for ten years (§ 147 AO, German tax code). Anonymous free checks from before 4 October 2026 are deleted after 90 days. Account data and measurement results are kept until the account is deleted. Stripe keeps billing data in accordance with the statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR. A message to hi@feelswebman.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
