Terms and Conditions
This is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.
1. Subject of the service
At regular intervals, GEO-bot measures whether a brand named by the customer is mentioned in the answers of AI assistants to typical buying questions, shows the web sources used for those answers and generates text suggestions for countermeasures from them.
The single check is a one-time measurement of this kind for one brand: 10 buying questions to Claude (Anthropic) with web search, the competitors and sources named, and 2 fully written actions. After payment, the result is available under its own link.
2. No guarantee of success
Answers from AI systems are not deterministic and change without any action by the provider. A measured value is a snapshot, not an official ranking. No particular mention, placement or improvement is expressly owed. The generated text suggestions are drafts; reviewing and using them is the customer's responsibility.
3. Conclusion of contract, term, cancellation
The contract is concluded when a paid plan is booked. The term is one month and renews automatically by one further month at a time unless it is cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation is possible at any time via the customer portal, without notice and without giving reasons.
For the single check, the contract is concluded with payment in the Stripe checkout. It ends when the result is delivered; no subscription is created.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the pricing page at the time of booking apply. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. The single check costs €19 once and is paid via Stripe before the measurement. Under § 19 UStG (German small business rule), no VAT is charged; the prices shown are final prices.
5. Customer obligations
The customer may only have brands monitored for which they are responsible themselves or for which the brand owner has commissioned them. Login details must be kept confidential.
6. Availability
The service depends on third-party interfaces. If one of them fails, the measurement may fail or be delayed. No particular level of availability is guaranteed.
7. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
8. Right of withdrawal
The monthly plans are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), i.e. agencies, freelancers and companies that book them for their commercial or independent professional activity. A consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not exist for them. The single check is also open to consumers; the following cancellation policy applies to it.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days
without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from
the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal,

hi@feelswebman.com) of your decision to
withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter
sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below,
but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is
sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise
of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments
received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than
fourteen days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to
withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using
the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any
fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the
service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount
in proportion to what has been provided until you informed me of your
withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry
The right of withdrawal expires when I have fully performed the service
and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at
the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of
withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. You give this
consent with the checkbox in the form on the homepage. The measurement
is usually complete a few minutes after payment.
